Here at Toddler’s Corner Family Day Home Ms. Shalita Jackson have been with me over 10+ year’s in the childcare field. She is the Assistant-Director/Teacher of our 3 STAR Licensed Family Childcare Day Home. She also has her diploma in Early ChildHood Education as well as currently enrolled in school to get her Associates Degree in early childhoo.d. She have all the current training in early childhood education and continuing to learn more with our local program call Next Memphis. She have her CPR/First Aide certification Ms. Jackson take pride in helping children to learn and play in our small setting where we can focus on the children’s development keeping our ratio low, so we can carter to the children’s needs like they deserves. Additionally, we prioritize children and families at the center of our approach, responding to community needs by providing a natural learning environment that fosters practical life skills and positive experiences. What makes our program special is from the very beginning we have understood that children come from different backgrounds and life experiences so, we have an will continue to create a classroom environment for our little scholars of ALL abilities where they feel safe, respected, supported, and nurtured improving their learning experience.
