With over a decade of dedicated experience in early childhood development, I have committed my career to nurturing the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of young learners. My approach blends evidence-based developmental milestones with a genuine passion for creating inclusive, engaging environments where every child feels seen and supported. Throughout the past 10 years, I have specialized in supervising, assisting and educating staff and parents about child care and development. I believe that the foundation for lifelong learning is built in these earliest years, and I pride myself on partnering closely with families to ensure a holistic support system for every child in my care. Whether I am implementing creative play-based learning or navigating complex developmental transitions, my goal remains the same: to foster curiosity and confidence in the next generation.
Triết lý
Our philosophy is based on the belief that the beginning and end of the day are important times for children. We will be planning for these times carefully to reduce problems during transitions. For many children in the infant/toddler and pre-school years leaving the security of their parents for the school setting can be a frightening experience. Our staff is highly prepared for these transitions. Helping our children leave with a good feeling about the day will increases the chances for beginning the class session on a positive note.
