All staff members at Shannice’s Child Care Program maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications and meet all state-required training and minimum education requirements. This ensures that every team member is prepared to support children’s safety, wellbeing, and development in accordance with licensing standards.
Filosofía
At Shannice’s Child Care Program, we believe that children learn best through hands-on exploration and meaningful play. Play allows children to express their ideas, practice new skills, and make sense of the world around them. Through guided and free-choice activities, children build confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills, and strong social connections. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where each child is encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. Our role is to support their curiosity, celebrate their individuality, and create joyful learning experiences every day.
