Courtney Wilhite is the proud owner and director of Courtney’s Little Leaders Learning Academy. With a deep passion for early childhood education, Courtney believes that every child deserves a warm, loving environment that encourages both independence and imagination.

Her philosophy centers on meeting each child where they are — recognizing their strengths, respecting their individuality, and guiding them toward new milestones through play and exploration. Families describe her as nurturing, patient, and dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

Located in Memphis, Tennessee, Courtney’s Little Leaders Learning Academy provides a safe, welcoming space where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow every day. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering families the reliability and flexibility they need.

Our program includes hot meals and nutritious snacks, engaging learning activities, and plenty of nurturing care and love. From early literacy and creative arts to outdoor play and discovery, we strive to make every day joyful and enriching for every child in our care.

Come see what makes Courtney’s Little Leaders Learning Academy unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option if not available, you can message the program director. Please do not apply to enroll until you have set up a tour and visited the program.
