Our Teachers

Ebony Williams is the proud Owner and Director of Too Much Noise Childcare Center. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, equipping her with the knowledge and training to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development during their most important formative years.

With years of hands-on childcare experience, Ebony combines professional education with real-life parenting experience as a mother and grandmother. Her passion for early learning is rooted in her belief that every child deserves a safe, structured, and loving environment where they can grow with confidence. As a dedicated business owner and leader, she is committed to maintaining high standards of care, curriculum excellence, and family partnership.

Amber Fox is a valued member of our team and has been working in childcare for several years. She brings experience, patience, and a nurturing spirit to the classroom. Amber is currently completing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, further strengthening her professional skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Her dedication to continued growth and learning reflects our program’s commitment to quality care and ongoing professional development.

Philosophy

At Too Much Noise Childcare Center, we provide a safe, structured, and loving environment where children can learn and grow.

We use a daily routine that includes:

• Circle time
• Hands-on learning activities
• Learning centers
• Outdoor play
• Social skill development

Our program focuses on early literacy, basic math skills, motor development, and kindergarten readiness — all taught through learning and play.

Our Values

• Safety – Children are supervised and cared for at all times.
• Structure – Consistent routines help children feel secure and confident.
• Respect – We use positive guidance to teach appropriate behavior.
• Family Partnership – Open communication with parents is important to us.
• Nurturing Care – Every child is treated with patience and kindness.

Our goal is simple: to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive environment.
