Brittany Gross Owner/Operator Allen Gross Aid II

We opened in October of 2019 and became Licensed through the state of Oregon as Registered Family in February 2020 and upgraded to Certified Family in November 2021. Working to gain over 60 hours of training in Early Childhood Education and Development along the way. This includes, but is not limited to, Special Needs, Diversity, Health, Safety & Nutrition, Human Growth & Development, Learning Environment & Curriculum, Understanding & Guiding Behavior, and Program Management, to name a few.

Filosofía

We believe that each child is an individual and as educators we value and develop each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning and prepare them for school. We provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine, believing that children learn best through play. We celebrate the benefits of diversity with each individual child and enable them to understand and acknowledge differences, creating an awareness, interest and acceptance of different cultures.
