Our caregivers are very passionate about their work. All staff have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. In addition to passing a full background check (FBI + NYS Central Register for child abuse), all staff are fingerprinted and hold a CPR and First certification from the American Red Cross.

At Kaamba we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by following their own unique style of discovery. We are a play-based program. We have created an environment where each child can have fun, learn and develop to the best of their potential. It is our goal to provide an environment that engages children with developmentally-appropriate activities and materials. Every child deserves attention and love. In our program, we cater to the needs and styles of the children. If your child loves getting a high-five after an activity, then we want to be sure to give them the attention and love. We are like family. In this program, we treat the kids like they’re our own. If something goes wrong, we address it as if it’s a shared concern so that all children in the program learn to play and share with others.

We are located in a brand new secured building in the vibrant Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens. We are easily accessible by transit via the 7 Train to Junction Blvd or the Q72 Bus to the Junction Blvd / 37th Avenue stop. We are conveniently surrounded by Elementary schools, which makes us the perfect go-to provider for after school childcare, in addition to the full-time childcare.

At Kaamba Daycare, we understand the importance of convenience. That’s why we opted to provide non traditional hours to meet the needs of families who have busy schedules. We are a 24-hour daycare that strives to give parents the piece of mind of knowing that their precious little ones are care for in a safe environment.
