Hi! I am Monsurat Durosinmi, the founder and director of Wiz Kidz Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I have loved working with children since I was young. I have 20 years of experience working with young children along with raising my own! I am very passionate about providing high quality care for families in my community and could not be more thrilled to welcome you to Wiz Kidz.

Hello and welcome to Wiz Kidz Wonderschool! Our program has been running for 20 years and we are so excited to meet you and your family. At our program, we strongly believe that children will grow and thrive best when they feel safe, loved, and nurtured. It is our goal to provide an environment that engages children with developmentally-appropriate activities and materials. Every day, children will feel empowered to follow their own interests in a safe space and discover the world around them.

Ubicación

Wiz Kidz Wonderschool is located in a warm, welcoming townhouse in the Bushwick neighborhood. We have taken into careful consideration all our materials that will be help our children grow.

At Wiz Kidz Wonderschool, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child. Our learning environment includes play and discovery areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of these areas include an art station (for expressing emotions and ideas), a reading / cozy area (for literacy, and relaxation), and dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy).

Children will spend about half of their time outdoors in my private yard and outdoor space. We are very fortunate to have a front gated play area and a backyard play space where children can play and move safely outside - fully equipped with toys!

Come see what makes Wiz Kidz Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/wiz-kidz-wonderschool-3430/apply – Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
