I have been in childcare as an owner for the last 7 years. I love children and have 2 of my own. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and have a current background check. I regularly attend classes to build my skill and knowledge around children and child care. My passion is to fulfill my purpose as a mom and the care for the children of the community.

Sajon Washington is our dedicated Director and Educator with over 3 years of experience in childcare and a genuine love for serving the children in our community. Known for his fun and energetic personality, he is a favorite among many of our little learners, who love having him on the floor playing, learning, and engaging with them.

Sajon specializes in Physical Education, encouraging children to stay active while developing confidence, coordination, teamwork, and healthy habits through movement and play. He takes pride in creating a positive environment where every child feels supported, included, and excited to learn. 💙

Our Philosophy

At Darlingz Daycare, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, valued, and encouraged to grow. Our philosophy is centered around creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, build confidence, and simply enjoy being children.

Our program is guided by R.A.I.R. Responsibility, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect. We introduce these values in developmentally appropriate ways, teaching children to care for themselves, show kindness and respect toward others, take responsibility for their choices, and care for the environment and materials around them.

We believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, active exploration, movement, creativity, play, and positive relationships. Our program supports the whole child by providing opportunities for physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development while recognizing that every child develops at their own unique pace.

Most importantly, we believe families are an essential part of a child’s growth and development. We strive to build strong, trusting partnerships with our parents through open communication, collaboration, and family involvement. We welcome each family’s culture, traditions, experiences, and ideas into our daycare community.

Darlingz Daycare is located in a two-story home in the North Las Vegas area.

We are close to Craig Ranch park.

Our school has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and fun learning environment for your children. We have plenty of space for children to engage in learning and exploring, arts and crafts, as well as rest time, and provide supervised outdoor play time in our beautiful backyard.
