Our Teachers

At Elevate Academy, we bring a strong foundation of education, experience, and passion to early childhood care. I hold a Doctorate in Education, which equips me with advanced knowledge in child development, leadership, and educational best practices. My personal journey into childcare is rooted in both my professional background in education and my calling to create a nurturing, high-quality learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Collectively, our team brings over 45 years of combined experience in teaching and early childhood education. Our staff members have diverse backgrounds that include classroom teaching, childcare, and child development support services. Each team member is committed to ongoing professional growth and meets Nevada child care licensing requirements, including CPR/First Aid certification, background checks, and continuous training in health, safety, and child development. 

At Elevate Academy, our educators are more than caregivers—they are mentors, role models, and partners in each child’s development. We are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment that aligns with our mission to combine faith-based values with academic excellence through STEM-focused learning.

Philosophy

At Elevate Academy, we believe that early childhood is the foundation for lifelong learning, character development, and faith. Our program is intentionally designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, academically, and spiritually.

We are a Christian, STEM-focused early education program that integrates faith-based values with hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Our curriculum blends structured learning with purposeful play, encouraging children to explore, create, and think critically. Through daily activities, children are introduced to early concepts in science, technology, engineering, and math, along with language development, creative arts, and social-emotional skills.

We believe children learn best through consistency, routine, and positive relationships. Our teaching approach emphasizes: • Hands-on, engaging learning experiences • Positive guidance and redirection • Building independence and confidence • Encouraging curiosity and problem-solving

Faith is woven into our daily routine through prayer, kindness, gratitude, and character-building lessons. We strive to model and teach values such as respect, compassion, integrity, and responsibility.

In alignment with Nevada child care regulations, we maintain a structured daily schedule that includes learning activities, meals, rest periods, and outdoor play to support children’s overall well-being and development.

We also believe that strong partnerships with families are essential. Open communication, trust, and collaboration with parents allow us to provide the highest quality care and ensure each child’s success.

We are situated near four local elementary schools, making transitions to kindergarten seamless and providing added convenience for families with multiple children. Our proximity to major freeways allows for quick and easy drop-off and pick-up during your daily commute, helping simplify your schedule.

The surrounding area includes established residential neighborhoods, nearby parks, and community spaces that support a safe and welcoming environment for young children. Our location also allows opportunities for neighborhood walks and outdoor exploration, which are incorporated into our program in alignment with Nevada child care safety guidelines.

About our program
