We will give children the security they need in a safe and positive environment, where they feel appreciated and valuable at all times. The program we pursue is geared towards helping the children; growth, development, experience, habits of observations, questioning, listening, making a plan, and building a positive self-esteem and self-reflection. We will constantly make regularly improvements with our services and support evaluation practices and incorporating methods, models and age-appropriate activities for your children through large and small groups, Our teachers will be trained, educated and friendly, to have a partnership with parents to provide a multidisciplinary professional development system is design, where it is implemented and support practices that are respectful to each child and their families support is established.

Our mission at ARCOIRIS DEVELOPMENT CENTER LLC. is to provide Quality Care, Meals,Adequate Age Appropriate Activities, a safety and positive environment to each child. We know that our children have unique gifts and abilities and that why we will help them reach their full potential, working with Early Interventions Programs to reach the child’s milestones along with parents. We will work with families and teachers to promote the learning of different ideas, opinions and cultures. We will provide Passive and Active learning experiences which promote the development of skills, that enhances and fosters the physical, emotional, cognitive, creative and self-esteem, positive self-identity, social development of individual children, throughout play-based learning and discovery. The mission will be implemented by practicing an emergent and constructivist curriculum: that inspires children to learn active engagement.
