Our director has 38 years working in the world of education. All of our staff receive trainings and professional development around early childhood education and curriculum. Many staff local to the area and have grown up in the Santa Rosa community and are invested in the children and families in the area.

We believe in fostering a love for literacy from the earliest ages, understanding its foundational importance in all areas of development. Our approach emphasizes not only reading and writing skills but also the joy of storytelling, communication, and critical thinking.
