Kidz Quest Academy, strives to provide a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment in a way that facilitates children to grow, discover, and learn through a variety of age and developmentally appropriate experiences.

Our philosophy is designed to enhance the whole child in a positive atmosphere of warmth and caring. Through our awareness of child development and consistency in our care, our goal is to meet the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs that are unique to each child and to celebrate every child’s individual achievements. Children learn through their daily experiences and routines to make decisions, to carry out responsibilities, to express him/herself creatively and to discover friendships.

Children are exposed to music, movement, art, science, reading, dramatic play, life skills, blocks, outdoor play and manipulative experiences. Themes are planned around the interests of each group of children. A daily schedule helps to provide a familiar flow to each day and allows the teacher to utilize the information gathered from authentic observation documentation to develop a curriculum towards a child’s specific needs. It balances active and quiet play with child and teacher directed activities within various learning areas.

We strive to achieve these goals through a collaborative partnership of child, parent, and provider that benefit all children and their families. Kidz Quest Academy is also an equal opportunity business/ employer that acknowledges the benefits to all families and staff in the childcare center and are happy to provide and advocate services needed to accommodate a child’s needs, culture, beliefs and abilities and special circumstances. Essential Elements of Quality, New Mexico’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS), provides the program with the criteria, tools, and resources we need to improve and sustain the quality of our program. All Kidz Quest staff goes through continuous year-round training practices supported by the state in order to have the most current and effective methods to work with children and families.

We are located at 1190 Foster Rd Las Cruces, NM on the Corner of Foster and Chaparro, off Solano. Across from the Fire Department and Ambulance. We are centrally located with easy access to transit, shopping and nearby parks, walking distance to Valley View Elementary. We have a very safe and secure environment inside and outside.

Families interested in enrolling at Kidz Quest Academy are encouraged to call us at 575-373-8541 to schedule a tour of our center, we schedule all tours after hours, between 5pm-5:30pm. You must call us directly to set up a tour, please do not use Wonderschool to schedule tours. Touring our program gives families the opportunity to ask questions, visit classrooms, and explore our outdoor playground. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to bring their children along during the tour, as this helps children become familiar with the environment and feel comfortable in the space where they may soon be learning and growing. Enrollment applications should be submitted only after completing a tour of the program.
