Children learn best when they are happy and properly supported in their learning styles. Children can meet their goals, perform tasks by themselves, cooperate with others and receive positive affirmation from others. Each child’s culture is recognized, and the individuality of each child is respected and praised. Children’s learning is supported by an intellectually engaging and responsive environment. Parent involvement is essential, it improves children’s development when parents have good communication with teachers. It helps children and teachers feel more valued. it also helps to get to know the child better and allows teaching more personalized and effective. Our program values and goals include passion for early childhood education, patience and sense of humor, creativity, flexibility, understanding of diversity, communication skills, and the pursuals of getting a bachelor’s degree in child development.
