Ifunayia Tiwa, Director

Ifunayia has been a licensed home childcare provider and director for over 10 years. She holds associate degrees in Early Childhood Education and Social Work, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Currently, she is continuing her education by pursuing her master’s degree. Ms. Tiwa is passionate about understanding each child’s unique learning needs and creating an environment where every child can thrive. Her goal is to nurture children’s growth, confidence, and development while helping them reach their fullest potential during their early years.

Leilani Burnside, Lead Teacher

Leilani has been working with children for over five years and holds a Child Development Certificate (CDC). She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education to further expand her knowledge and skills in supporting young learners. Leilani is passionate about helping children discover and develop their unique potential. Inspired by the belief that “What the hand does, the mind remembers,” she values hands-on learning experiences that encourage growth and creativity. She believes that play is a powerful tool through which children explore, learn, and express their full potential. Her goal is to create meaningful learning opportunities that help children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
