We believe each child is a precious gift from God, deserving the best of care that we can provide. We seek to partner with parents to provide the most positive environment for children to maximize their potential as they learn and grow. Children should feel great love and self-worth as they see Jesus through our actions, as we meet their needs and care for them each day. We make learning exciting with hands-on experiences that help develop positive self-worth and nurture the whole child by providing ways to grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.

Newsoul Learning Center is a vibrant, Christ-filled environment, setting the stage for the most diverse and rewarding early childhood experiences that foster creativity, self-worth, security, joy, freedom and exponential personal growth in every area of the child’s life. 

OUR 5 CORE VALUES 

1. Christ-filled: First and foremost we exist to show children Christ’s love and to provide a place where they can learn and grow in God’s presence. Newsoul has a genuinely nurturing and loving staff who pray for the children, believe in them to accomplish every goal set before them, who inspire and motivate each child to become all God has created him or her to be, and who model what it is to live passionately for Jesus.  

2. **Children first: **Our children come first at all times and in all circumstances. We cultivate a culture of accountability and safety, ensuring that our children are cared for by educators who love them and are passionate about working with young children. Every policy and decision we make centers around what is BEST for the child, whether that pertains to the classroom schedules, classroom layout and atmosphere, child-teacher interactions, the meals we serve, and everything else we do. 

3. **Excellence: **Because God deserves our absolute best, in everything we do we seek to glorify Him. We demonstrate a culture of integrity, responsibility and initiative in our commitment to excellence. We seek to consistently improve and attain greater quality in the services we provide.

4. **Community: **We are more than a business; we are a ministry and a family. We promote parent involvement as we work together in caring for and raising each child in a loving and God fearing environment. We have an open door policy with parents, encouraging their participation and interaction. We also maintain excellent and open lines of communication with the parents to best support their children’s growth and development.

5. **Dynamic education: **Children learn best when they are the protagonists or driving forces of their own growth and development. Because the main vehicle for learning in early childhood is play, we equip our classrooms with enriching and stimulating materials that will engage and motivate children to explore, discover, learn and grow as they play. Because we know God is the source of all truth and the key to understanding our own identity and self-worth, we continually point the children back to Him and His Word.
