We do this by always finding a better way to provide: • Accepting environments, diverse services, and proven results. • YDI is a family and community-based agency that improves lives. Philosophy Statement Our philosophy is based on the belief that a successful program is built with collaboration of staff, children, parents, and the community. Parents are their children’s first educators. We recognize that children have unique differences; however, they also go through universal stages of development. We believe children learn through play and learning should be exciting and FUN!
