Philosophy

Our philosophy at Little Bear Learning Center is to provide you with a place where you feel welcome, without discrimination by race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, or language. For us we are all equal, so we all deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

We believe that by welcoming all cultures, we can learn a little from each of them and make them part of our curriculum and make their children feel at home, so we consider that the family’s participation in the activities is fundamental to the development of children.

We want to encourage in each child on the importance of being bilingual, and to be proud of their cultural roots.

We believe in the importance of maintaining a pleasant childcare environment, with teachings based on love, respect, and honesty, we implement the sensory indicators of learning through play.

At Little Bear Learning Center the most important thing is you and your children, so we want to provide the best teaching to your little ones.

Filosofía

Nuestra filosofía en Little Bear Learning Center es poder brindarle un lugar donde se sienta bienvenido, sin hacer ninguna diferencia por raza, color, nacionalidad, religión o idioma. Para nosotros todos somos iguales, por lo que todos merecemos ser tratados con respeto y amabilidad.

Creemos que al acoger todas las culturas, podemos aprender un poco de cada una de ellas y poder hacerlas parte de nuestro currículo y hacer que sus hijos se sientan como en casa, por ello consideramos que la participación de la familia en las actividades es fundamental en el desarrollo de los niños.

Queremos fomentar en cada niño la importancia de ser bilingüe, y sentirnos orgullosos de sus raíces culturales.

Creemos en la importancia de mantener un ambiente de cuidado infantil agradable, con enseñanzas basadas en el amor, el respeto y la honestidad, implementamos los indicadores sensoriales del aprendizaje a través del juego.

En Little Bear Learning Center lo más importante es usted y sus hijos, por ello queremos brindar la mejor enseñanza a sus pequeños.

At Little Bear Learning Center we believe that children are the future of society, that’s why we create a home environment full of love and learning. We are a multicultural program; therefore, we offer a bilingual program in English – Spanish, but speakers of all languages are welcome. We believe in the importance of communication with the parents and guardians of each child, to help educate and shape our future leaders.

We use many resources to provide a social-emotional, cognitive, motor, and self-management learning environment suitable for each age of children.

We will provide eye-catching and fun activities to be able to introduce children to the world. We also teach mathematical, scientific, and language concepts through play. We like children to learn to participate in routines to demonstrate the ability to make decisions and gain confidence in their abilities.

I am trained to provide the best possible teaching to each child, based on their learning needs based on love and teaching.

En Little Bear Learning Center creemos que los niños son el futuro del mañana, por eso creamos un ambiente hogareño lleno de amor y aprendizaje, somos un programa multicultural, por lo tanto, ofrecemos un programa bilingüe y creemos en la importancia de la comunicación con los padres y tutores de cada niño, para ayudar a la educación y dar forma a nuestros futuros líderes.

Utilizamos muchos recursos para proporcionar un entorno de aprendizaje socioemocional, cognitivo, motor y de autogestión adecuado para cada edad de los niños.

Proporcionaremos actividades llamativas y divertidas para poder introducir a los niños en el mundo, también enseñamos conceptos matemáticos, científicos y de lenguaje a través del juego. Nos gusta que los niños aprendan a participar en rutinas, para que puedan demostrar la capacidad de tomar decisiones y ganar confianza en sus habilidades.

Estoy capacitado para proporcionar la mejor enseñanza posible a cada niño, según sus necesidades de aprendizaje basadas en el amor y la enseñanza.
