They creatively adapt their lesson plans to fit the unique needs of their classroom, all while infusing passion and care into every interaction. Plus, we take safety seriously – all of our staff members are CPR certified and undergo annual background checks. We truly love nurturing and educating our young learners, providing them with all the materials they need for vibrant growth and development!

At Learning Ladder Academy, we hold a heartfelt belief that every child has the potential to achieve anything that anyone else has accomplished. Each child is like a blank canvas, and it is our dream to fill that canvas with the knowledge and social skills they need to pursue their goals in life. Through engaging play and group activities, our children will develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Throughout the day, they will have a variety of choices to engage in activities that resonate with their individual needs and interests. Our caregivers practice a gentle guiding approach, encouraging children’s choices instead of imposing decisions upon them. Inside our preschool rooms, we have several centers, including a library, home living area, art center, block center, and a cozy circle time space. We also offer an area dedicated to dramatic play and another for exploring science. These different centers invite children to discover a range of interests, fostering their social and emotional development, cognitive learning, and both gross and fine motor skills.

At Learning Ladder Academy, we are committed to nurturing the whole child. This means we embrace the uniqueness of each individual, acknowledging their social, emotional, cultural, physical, and intellectual differences. Each teacher is dedicated to tailoring their planning so that every child’s unique growth and development can flourish.
