Ja Pearson

Ja 30+ years of childcare experience, Ja has a CDA , and all trainings that support her to maintain a day care. Ja Has four years working with children with a disability. Ja has always wanted to own her own daycare. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with families. She has a heart and passion in what she does, she believes that a small class size will help develop a stronger relationship with children and allow her to really learn each child as an individual and to provide a supportive and solid foundation in the early years of children.

Little Handz Academy will offer a developmentally appropriate curriculum to enhance social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth in young children. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity and self-esteem by taking into account children’s ability.

We are now located by USM college and other safe business. A walking trail is in the area, we are surround with other business and have a safe surround in the area, we are close to Forrest General Hospital, and Grace Christian School.

At our school we teach the concepts of math, writing, reading, art, social and early literacy through our play based, child -led curriculum. We use the interests and ideas of the children as a jumping off place. The materials are open -ended and invite discovery. We Children make their own investigations and draw their own conclusions whenever possible. We have a learning space for kids that has been diagnose with Autism.
