Hello, I am Robdreka Simmons, Founder of Simmons Childcare and Tutoring Program. My inspiration to start this program came from my passion to reach out to each child of my community. I am an author and publisher who published my first book in 2022. I used to be apart of Girl’s Write The World. I have been apart of many poetry showcases. I have a small group called “My Sister’s Keeper,” where I adopt younger girls as my little sister and teach them life skills. I’ve been working with children for 8 years now. I started off with taking early childhood education classes and volunteering in highschool. Next, I started babysitting for free in my home. Then, I later became a private baby sister for 4 years. I am now a substitute teacher and studying for my bachelor’s in English for Secondary Education. I have builded nurturing bonds with many children and it is my passion to be apart of their lives.

I believe development of the mind is the number one key to lives of the children. My mission is that no child will be left behind in education, life, etc.

At Simmons Early Childcare and Tutoring Program each child will feel in the presence of a parent away from home. This establishment focuses on the best interest of all children. Your child reading and speaking skills will most definitely improve. My goal is to make sure no child will be left behind, while ensuring that I work with every child using different learning styles. I intend to share tenderness,care, and love to my best ability. We have payment plans to make childcare more affordable. Tutoring services are for all grades after school from 3:00 pm -7:30 pm. Daycare hours are 7:30 am- 11:30 pm. Snacks will be given during the program and to-go home.
