Latoya is a dedicated early childhood educator whose work is rooted in nurturing, creativity, and intentional care. With a strong background in early childhood education and years of hands‑on experience, she has built a teaching philosophy centered on honoring each child’s individuality while fostering a warm, connected community.
Becoming a mother deepened Latoya’s understanding of the early years and inspired her commitment to creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Her approach blends structure with imagination, encouraging children to explore, grow, and express themselves with confidence.
Latoya believes that small class sizes and strong relationships are essential to meaningful early learning. By truly getting to know each child and their family, she creates a foundation of trust that allows children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Her work is guided by compassion, mindfulness, and a holistic view of child development—supporting not just learning, but the whole child.
