TaJah has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Stephen F Austin. She graduated in 2017 and has worked in the field since. TaJah has many years of professional expense with all age ranges. in 2023, TaJah decided to walk away from her career to take a step into entrepreneurship and community improvement. She wanted to build a safe place for kids that allowed them to thrive, obtain education without limits while still motivating them to be theirselves with structure. Toomerland is very hands on and a creative space. TaJah believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allows her and her team to really know each child as an individual and provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.
Filosofía
At our school, we strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers. Our program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. Our team of experienced and innovative teachers do this by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.
Ubicación
Toomerland is located int he Fort Osage school district. We are nestled away in a cul de sac. Very easy transition from the highway. Very peaceful and kid friendly neighborhood.
