Our Director Sherryl Paxton graduated from TRCC with an AAS in childcare & Guidance and has 27 years experience in our facility. Ms. Kristen Prewett graduated from SEMO with a Bachelors in Education and has 8 years experience in our facility !
Filosofía
Our program values include respect, safety, and reaching milestones. We work hard to keep parents up to date on the day to day activities , while helping their children learn independence.
We work hard to teach the child to respect one another as well as boundaries. We have learned that if children learn to respect each other they tend to show more kindness to each other. We have also learned that when children respect boundaries there are less attempts at unsafe activities.Our goal each and every day is to keep all of our children safe! We are sure to keep up to date on our trainings such as safe sleep and cpr. We also try to teach the children safe ways to play. The goal of reaching milestones on time helps us recognize when children need extra support. Our goal is to start potty training at the age of 2 , but we do realize not every child is developmentally ready. We also transition to sippy cups on their first birthday to help with speech!
