Crystal Gouch, Director
Crystal graduated from Baker College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. Her first childcare business started when she was 16 years of age. From that point her passion was providing care to children of all ages. She loves to see children grow from infants to young adults. Our teachers each have an educational and professional background in early childhood. Each teacher is current and up to date on all certifications required for child interaction.

Our curriculum at Dream Start care will be a combination of STEM and play. We like to base programs around the child’s individual development as well because they are all different. Every care giver has a passion for providing care and enjoys working with young children.

Our program is about providing a safe, fun, nurturing environment that children will be comfortable and thrive in. We strive to use STEM program models to stimulate early minds. Children will be allowed active time to play and develop motor skills needed for successful development.
