Tahanni Douglas The current Director of the facility has over 11 years of professional experience, currently holds a her Child Development Associate in Childcare, is CPR and First Aid trained and has experience with children with mental and developmental delays. Anthony Hill The current Childcare Provider Supervisor has over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. He ensures that everyone from the children to the parent are at ease and all needs of the children are met and even exceeded in the childcare facility. Nelisa Bland Has over 9 years of professional experience as the Lead Childcare Provider she is also director over field trips, activities and art and STEAM projects. Nelisa also has experience with children with mental and developmental delays. Kiahja Douglas is our Childcare Aide and has over 6 years experience of childcare she is also a mentor of the children who have developmental and developmental delays and offers them peer support.

We are a family oriented facility. We offer mentors for each of our children among the staff, who are trusted individuals in dealing with childhood barriers and trauma. We offer a combination of curriculums( Play based/Creative Curriculum/Montessori/STEAM)
