Parents and guardians are encouraged to Tour our program and meet our wonderful and friendly staff. The following items are needed to begin the enrollment process : Birth Certificate /Verification of Birth Shot Record Heath Appraisal/Physical Parent/Guardians Drivers License or Identification Enrollment Application
