Tamika Jones, Director Tamika currently attends Rasmussen University to receive her bachelors degree in early childhood education. Tamika worked in the daycare field for over eight years as a child care worker, and a Lead GSRP teacher In 2022, she realized her dream of having her own in home childcare program after the birth of her fourth daughter. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her and her team to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

At Tomorrow’s Little Leaders we strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers. Our program is a place where children can learn through play, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We also help your children with social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. Our team of experienced and innovative teachers do this by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.

Our program is all about being in a safe environment, learning and growing together. At our daycare we teach the concepts of math, science, arts, social sciences and early literacy through our play-based, child-led curriculum. We use the interests and ideas of the children as a jumping start. The materials are open-ended and invite discovery. Children make their own investigations and draw their own conclusions whenever possible.
