Dr. Andrea Blue, founder and lead educator at Blue Star Kids Academy, is a passionate advocate for early childhood education and child development. With a doctorate in Education and over a decade of hands-on experience working with children and families, Dr. Blue is dedicated to creating learning environments where every child feels inspired and supported.

Dr. Blue’s teaching philosophy emphasizes creativity, exploration, and relationship-building. She believes that children learn best through meaningful experiences that activate their curiosity and imagination. Her approach blends STEAM education, play-based learning, and social-emotional development to help children thrive academically and socially.

Throughout her career, Dr. Blue has trained educators, developed curriculum, and supported countless families in fostering strong foundations for lifelong learning. Her dedication, warmth, and leadership make Blue Star Kids Academy a trusted and nurturing place for children to grow.

Blue Star Kids Care is a high-quality childcare and early learning program designed for children ages 2–15. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow academically and emotionally while developing essential life skills.

We offer a variety of enriching daily experiences such as STEAM-based activities, creative arts, hands-on exploration, social-emotional learning, and homework support. Our staff is trained to support each child’s unique learning style and developmental needs.

We believe in strong communication with families and view parents as essential partners in their child’s education. Together, we work to ensure children feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.

2. Tour our program Come see what makes Blue Star Kids Care unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option if not available, you can message the program director.

Please do not apply to enroll until you have set up a tour and visited the program.
