The director of Boss Baby Early Learning Center. with over 20 years of experience in childcare, licensed by the State of Michigan certified in infant/child/adult CPR and First Aid. Boss Baby participation in the food program, providing healthy- breakfasts, AM snacks, lunches and PM snacks, we offer preschool curriculum program, Arts and Crafts with a structured daily plan and free time play. Our staff of teachers and workers all go through a background check with references provided
Filosofía
he purpose of Boss Baby Early Learning Center is to assist the parents in the development of the whole child. The parents and I are partners in providing, the optimal environment in which to enhance the natural curiosity and desire to learn which is inherent in each child. Learning the world around us should be the most exciting and worthwhile experience to be had. It begins at birth and should continue for lifetime. At Boss Baby Early Learning center, situations are provided to help the child prepare to make the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical adjustments in life. I believe children learn best from their own experiences. In a learning environment, I will help promote self-awareness and perceptual motor skills through planned, Child-Directed activities in which to give the children the hands-on experiences they need for total growth development. I believe children need to actively explore their environments to learn about their world. Children learn through play! This is their full-time job. Children need to have their feelings understood to cooperate with others. They also need to have their physical, emotional, and social needs met to thrive. Children also need to be exposed to a variety of activities to help develop skills in art, language, social development, large and small motor, math, science, dramatic play, sensory, construction, and self-awareness.
