Ms. Kenia and Ms. Roxana, My son is now almost 5, and he has been with you since he was about 9 months old. His first day was January 24, 2022. When my wife and I started searching, we found a parent in a local Facebook group who spoke highly of you after having her son with you for years. We reached out, learned about your activities inside/outside, and scheduled a visit. We had a few in home daycares on our list based on real parent feedback, and yours was the first. I was hesitant about daycare in general. I had a hard time with my son being in anyone else's care, and I never wanted a cold, oversized, for profit center that felt like an institution or a business transaction. I wanted warmth, safety, strong communication, adaptability, creativity, and a real love for children. From that first meeting, I was blown away. Your space was organized, safe, warm, bright, full of sunlight, and thoughtfully set up for learning and supervision. The child sized furniture and themed areas made it clear how much intention went into everything. I still remember my wife asking me on the walk back to the car what I thought. By the time we got home, I was ready to choose you. We did not even need to visit the other providers. I had that much confidence in you from day one, and almost 4 years later I am 1,000,000% happy we chose you both! The WhatsApp group, the photos, videos, and updates over the years made everything feel personal. We now have years of memories, including moments of our son interacting with other kids who became his friends. We never would have gotten that level of communication from a larger center. Ms. Kenia, you truly became our son's 3rd parent. Since he started so young, you spent almost as much time with him as we did, and we genuinely felt that you treated him like one of your own. As new parents, we learned so much from you. As you know, our son has special needs, and his behavioral challenges were frequent at times. Your patience, empathy, warmth, and calm meant everything to us. There were moments when it felt like you could calm him even better than we could. You have had our son from 9 months until about 3 and a half, then half day with you and half day in PEP, and now he is in Pre-K. This summer of 2026 he will go to summer camp, then kindergarten in the fall. We think that transition will be hard because your home has felt like a 2nd home for so long. In spring, summer, and fall, unless it was cold/raining, we walk him to your house in the morning, first in a stroller and now on his scooter. After pickup, he would ride straight to Kings Local Park, feeding turtles, chasing geese, and playing on the playground. You go above and beyond in the little details. You celebrate holidays/kids birthdays, do arts and crafts, and help the kids make birthday, Mother's/Father's Day gifts with handprints and pictures. You also create community with evening pizza parties and fall trips to Butler's Orchard for picnic lunches/pumpkin picking My wife and I enjoy talking with you at drop off, pickup, and throughout the day by message. Even after our kids age out, you will be far more than a daycare provider to us! You are our friend. We are already looking forward to sending our daughter around age 2, and knowing she will get 2 to 3 years with you until Pre-K or kindergarten gives us SO much peace! Your pricing is extremely reasonable, especially compared with larger centers that offer less and charge more. Every parent my wife and I have ever spoken to has had nothing but positive things to say about you! I have never heard a single negative thing! Ms. Kenia, you are one of the most positive, optimistic, genuine, thoughtful, and joyful people I know. You keep it REAL, and your smile is absolutely LOVELY. Thank you for loving our son, helping shape his early years, and giving our family PEACE. This review took me a long time to write because I wanted the world to know how much you and Ms. Roxana have meant to our family over the last 4 years, with more years still to come!
