For the past 22 years I have been blessed to help and educate as an Early Childcare teacher. I have earned my Maryland Child Care credentialing Administration Level One, and Maryland EXCELS Level Three.. While earning my credentials, I have taken these courses have including the 90hours Preschool Lead Teacher Certification for childcare, 45 hours for School aged children, 45 hours in iTeacher Certificate, for infant and toddler, Zero to Three competency class, amongst many other educational trainings. Currently I am working to obtain my certification in Child Development Associate (CDA). I am also working to obtain my accreditation for the National Association for Family Childcare (NAFCC), the highest standard for family child care quality. Through my learning and years of experience, daily I look forward to working with each individual child that is in my care.

I firmly believe that the early years of a child are incredibly significant. It is crucial to implement a daily routine that is both flexible and structured, allowing for a balance between teacher-directed and child-initiated activities. Providing a welcoming environment that embraces children of all abilities, encourages interactions with peers, and incorporates cultural diversity is essential. I am committed to considering the interests and uniqueness of each child and family, ensuring their inclusion and recognition. Community and family input play a vital role in our program, and we actively incorporate different cultures into our daily lessons.

Our childcare is full of love, and is an environment with happy kids! We go above and beyond to ensure that every unique child is learning and growing daily. Our childcare is well-kept and maintained; in which allows each child a safe place to be free while playing. We have a interesting and varied schedule/curriculum that allow each child to be invested in the materials and their learning.
