Hello! I am Nafia Mesdoud, the founder of Sunshine Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I have loved working with children since I was young. I grew up in Morocco and am fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic. I come from an entire family full of educators so I strongly emphasize learning in my program. My two children are in my program as well!

Filosofía

At Sunshine Wonderschool, we believe in hands-on learning that addresses all senses. We believe this helps to maximize the potential within each child. We offer an open environment where children of varying ages engage in developmentally appropriate activities. Our experienced staff is dedicated to making every child’s time full of love, fun, and most importantly wisdom. Our program was created around the premise that quality childcare should help a child feel comfortable - like they’re at home.

Ubicación

Sunshine Wonderschool is located in a bright, spacious single family home in the East Lynn neighborhood.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include block area (for fine motor skills and problem solving), reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), and nature area (for discovering nature and science concepts).

Outdoor Play Space

Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard or outdoor space. Connecting with nature lets children gain deeper knowledge of themselves and the world.

At Sunshine Wonderschool, I want to provide an enriching environment where children feel free to explore and play.

2. Tour our program

Come see what makes Sunshine Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/sunshine-wonderschool-5295/apply – Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
