Hello! I am Maria Moscoso, the founder of Mi Lucesita Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I have loved working with children since I was young. I have 15 years of experience working with young children.
Filosofía
At Mi Lucesita Wonderschool, we want all children to feel safe, loved and nurtured. I provide an atmosphere that is bright and organized so that children feel invited to play in this comfortable environment. I encourage children to follow their own interests while also providing a daily routine. It is my hope that all children in my early education program will be prepared for success in school and beyond.
Ubicación
Mi Lucesita Wonderschool is located in a welcoming, cozy apartment in the Maverick Station neighborhood.
Children will have some outdoor time everyday at a local playground a block from our home. Children need space to run, jump, and move!
We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include block area (for gross motor skills and problem solving), dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy), and reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite).

Come see what makes Mi Lucesita Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.
3. Submit an Enrollment Application
If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/mi-lucesita-wonderschool-5692/apply – Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.
4. Enroll
After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
