Meet Jason

Jason is the heart of Daily Grind Kids Co. LLC and the primary childcare provider. With years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, Jason brings a calm, patient, and nurturing presence to each day.

As a parent himself, Jason has helped raise and care for many of his own children, as well as children from other families. This experience has given him a deep understanding of early childhood development and the importance of creating a safe, structured, and loving environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Jason is known for his patience, compassion, and gentle teaching style. He believes children learn best through consistent routines, positive guidance, and everyday learning moments. Whether comforting infants, guiding toddlers as they explore independence, or helping older children build confidence and social skills, Jason is dedicated to meeting children where they are and helping them thrive.

Safety and trust are top priorities at Daily Grind Kids Co. LLC. Jason holds all required childcare certifications and is committed to maintaining a clean, attentive, and supportive home environment. Families can feel confident knowing their children are cared for by someone who is experienced, dependable, and truly passionate about early childhood development.

At Daily Grind Kids Co. LLC, our mission is simple: “Where little learners grow and big dreams brew—with a little help (and a cup of coffee).” Jason is proud to partner with families to create a warm, welcoming space where children can learn, grow, and feel at home every day.

Philosophy

At Daily Grind Kids Co., our philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, loving, and developmentally rich environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. We believe children learn best through meaningful play, hands-on exploration, and consistent positive relationships.

We focus on nurturing the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively—through activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and confidence. Our days are filled with sensory play, crafts, outdoor adventures, age-appropriate learning experiences, and warm routines that make children feel secure and at home.

We believe that strong partnerships with families are essential. Parents know their children best, and we work together to create a space where each child can thrive. We are committed to open communication, reliability, and providing care that families can trust and feel good about.

Daily Grind Kids Co. exists to support hardworking families with affordable, high-quality childcare. We strive to make a positive impact in our community by offering a safe, joyful place where children are free to explore, learn, and shine—one day at a time.
