Our Teachers

Nicole Galloway, Director

Nicole graduated from Ross Medical Center in 2011. In 2021 went back to school to earn her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and Health Care Administration. In 2022 realized that she wanted to fullfill her dream of opening a home child care program. What she loves most is helping children and their families building a strong relationship with each of her families. She is currently pursuing her CDA in early childhood.

Philosophy

At our school we strive to provide exceptional child care that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, stimulating, developmentally educational curriculum that assists the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of all children. We pride our center’s focus on the individual needs of each child, while providing quality, reliable and safe child care that helps transform lives through integrated early childhood development.

We will offer high-quality childcare by well-maintained health, safety and good hygiene environment set up for children. An adequate number of staff who are sensitive and responsive to children. Staff with higher education and continuing-teacher training, positive teacher/child interactions. We will offer small class and group sizes to focus on students’ needs by maintaining proper staff to student ratio. We will inspire opportunities for active play, especially outdoors along with opportunities for quiet play and rest.

Location

Our location is located in the heart of University of Notre Dame campus. We are located on a very peaceful, quiet street in a single family home. We are a short distance away from Eddy Street commons, Leeper Park. We are just minutes away from the city’s bus line if you need to commute.

About our program

At TTD, we promote areas of learning by creating: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language, Physical Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding of the World, and Expressive Arts and Design. We use play-based curriculum activities that engage our students by accommodating different learning styles, and allow students to self-direct as they apply skills and strategies in fun, engaging ways.
