The Director has a degree in both engineering, nursing, and early childhood education. Staff are CDA-trained and high school graduates.
Philosophy
The early childcare facility’s philosophy is based on the understanding that children have multiple ways to express themselves and engage with the world. Additionally, they aim to create a positive learning environment that nurtures children’s growth for future success in formal education. The facility believes in making learning enjoyable and engaging, ensuring that children are educated and entertained without feeling burdened. They prioritize instilling good manners, respect for others’ belongings, and a love for music in children. Ultimately, they strive to earn children’s respect by treating them with care and consideration, following the principle of “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

About our program
An annual parent-teacher conference is held, and children visit the library once a month. Each child has yearly birthday parties, and there are summer field trips.
