Our Teachers
Our teachers our dedicated to the field of Early Childhood Education. They have passion to continue their education though staff development and TEACH scholarship opportunities offered at Clay Early Childhood Programs. They are hands on teachers, skilled in building meaningful relationships with the children and the parents in their classroom.
Philosophy
We provide a nurturing, Christian-based environment and promote physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development of children. Our staff provides a developmentally appropriate and enriching environment. Children are recognized as individuals, staff listen to children carefully, use encouragement, and provide support. Difficulties with behaviors in the classroom are handled on an individual basis, without humiliation or embarrassment.
