Hi there! My name is Teresa Quiroz and I have been working in childcare for over 20 years. I started my career in this field after becoming a mother myself and realizing just how much I enjoyed working with children.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different daycares and childcare centers, each with its own unique set of challenges and rewards. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to preschoolers, and have found that every age group has its own special qualities and needs.

One of the things that I love most about working in childcare is the opportunity to watch children grow and develop over time. Seeing a child go from crawling to walking, or from babbling to speaking in full sentences, is incredibly rewarding and reminds me every day of why I do what I do.

After many years of working in other people’s daycares, I decided to take the leap and open my own. It was a scary decision, but I knew that I had the skills and experience necessary to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care.

Now, after several years of running my own daycare, I am proud to say that I have built a reputation for providing high-quality care to children in my community. It brings me so much joy to know that I am making a positive impact on the lives of these young children and their families.

Overall, my experience in childcare has been incredibly fulfilling and has taught me so much about the importance of patience, kindness, and empathy. I feel so fortunate to have found a career that I am truly passionate about, and I look forward to many more years of working with children and helping them to grow and thrive.

Filosofía

As the founder and director of my child care program, my philosophy centers around a play-based approach to learning, combined with a bilingual curriculum. I believe that children learn best through play, and that their natural curiosity and enthusiasm for exploration can be harnessed to help them acquire new skills and knowledge.

At my child care program, play is an essential part of the daily routine. Children are encouraged to explore, experiment, and discover at their own pace, with guidance and support from caregivers who understand their individual needs and interests. I believe that by providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can engage in creative play, we can help them develop social skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and physical coordination.

In addition to the importance of play, my program also places a strong emphasis on bilingual education. I believe that learning multiple languages is valuable for both cognitive development and for preparing children for the diverse world around them. By exposing children to different languages and cultures from an early age, we are providing them with a foundation for future learning and success. Acerca de nuestro programa

Hello! My name is Teresa Quiroz and I am the proud owner of 3 Little Angels Childcare. I have been providing exceptional care to children for 10 years now, and it has been an incredible journey.

One of the unique aspects of our program is our dedication to teaching Spanish to our students, if desired by their parents. We believe that learning a second language at a young age can be incredibly beneficial for children, both in terms of cognitive development and future opportunities.

Our program is located in a cozy family home, which creates a warm and welcoming environment for the children. We strive to create a nurturing atmosphere that feels like a second home for our little angels.

At 3 Little Angels Childcare, we prioritize safety and health above all else. We maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and we follow strict protocols to ensure the well-being of our students. We also believe in providing a healthy diet for our little ones, and we offer nutritious snacks and meals throughout the day.

Our staff is made up of passionate and experienced caregivers who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our children. We prioritize open communication with parents and we work hard to create a partnership with them, in order to provide the best possible care for their children.

Overall, 3 Little Angels Childcare is a special place where children can grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. We are proud to have served our community for the past 10 years, and we look forward to many more years of caring for our little angels.
