Pwofesè nou yo
Lisa Taylor, Director Lisa graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been a preschool teacher since 2015. While teaching she decided to complete her degree. Lisa took over as Director in March 2024. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her and her team to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.
Filozofi
At PWC Daycare & Preschool, we strive to share our walk of faith with Jesus Christ with the families, children and staff. Our hearts and minds are open as the Holy Spirit moves through us in our daily lives.
We utilize a curriculum called “Experience Early Learning.” This curriculum is organized in alignment with The Indiana Early Learning Foundation Standards. Our curriculum system uniquely weaves 35 research-based skills into playful games and projects. As children participate, they naturally grow in all areas of development, including social-emotional, physical, language and cognitive development. We are a Christian Preschool that teaches each child that Jesus loves them. We value child-initiated, teacher-supported play which a child develops, each at their own pace.
