Ubicación
MELC is located in the lovely town of North Manchester. We are across the street from a park, walking distance to the library and the pool. We are in a clean, safe neighborhood perfect for taking walks and enjoying the outdoors. The town of North Manchester has been a partner in the work of MELC for over 50 years and it shows.
