Our Teachers
The abilities and skills of our employees are our greatest strength at CCA. Our teachers are well-educated and have extensive knowledge of early childhood education and preschool curriculum, but they are also attentive, kind, and nurturing. They simply adore children and are dedicated to what they do on a daily basis.
Our teachers recognize that each kid has his or her own set of abilities, interests, needs, and styles of learning. Within a predictable and consistent daily schedule, teachers actively engage with children in child-directed play, caregiving, and teacher-inspired activities. They are deliberate and genuine. The trust that develops between the kid and the teacher offers the necessary assistance for each child to achieve their full potential: It allows them to discover their passions and completely explore their options.
Our teachers reflect the cultural diversity of our community, providing interesting learning opportunities for the students.
Philosophy
Castle Country Academics is dedicated to providing quality learning experiences and positive social interactions while focusing on the whole child during early childhood development. EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY Castle Country Academics (CCA) is dedicated to providing an environment that will help a child gain the most out of their learning potential. We believe that preschool and kindergartens are the staging areas for the rest of a child’s educational experiences. We understand the importance of planning experiences that will create a profile of intelligence within each child’s uniqueness and talents. Finally, and most importantly, Castle Country Academics is committed to serving the whole child, mind, spirit, and body.
