Our Teachers
Mrs. Tammy opened her daycare 22 years ago so she could stay home and raise her daughter and teach other children to learn & grow. Over the years she received her Associates degree in Early Childhood Development 2017. Her daycare is the highest level of Path to Quality level 4 and is Accredited. She loves to watch her children learn, grown and bloom into their own stem. She offers science, math, fine and growth motors into her classroom.
Philosophy
At our daycare , we strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers inspired through learning, observation and play. Our program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. Our team of experienced and innovative teachers do this by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.
About our program
At our school, we teach the concepts of math, science, engineering, art, social sciences and early literacy through our play-based, child-led curriculum. We use the interests and ideas of the children as a jumping off place. The materials are open-ended and invite discovery. Children make their own investigations and draw their own conclusions whenever possible
