Our teachers are warm, caring, and deeply committed to each child’s success. Our lead teacher—and several assistants—have earned their Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials, ensuring they provide the highest quality learning environment. Together, they build strong, trusting relationships with every child and family, creating a true partnership in learning. At Valley Early Learning Academy, we believe families are a child’s first and most important teachers, and we work hand in hand with them to help every child grow, thrive, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Filosofía
At Valley Early Learning Academy, we believe children learn best through active exploration, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging. Using the HighScope approach, we create hands-on learning experiences that allow children to make choices, solve problems, and discover the world around them at their own pace. Each day is filled with opportunities for curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning. Guided by the principles of Conscious Discipline, we focus on building a safe, connected community where children feel seen, valued, and supported. Our teachers model empathy, respect, and self-regulation, helping children learn to manage emotions, build positive relationships, and develop lifelong social-emotional skills. We believe in partnering with families—children’s first and most important teachers—to nurture the whole child: mind, body, and heart. Together, we help each child grow into a confident, kind, and capable learner ready for every new step ahead.
Ubicación
We are located inside Mentone Elementary school and will be opening more space in the coming year at the Tippecanoe Valley Corporation office.
