I am the only teacher, however I have 35 plus years experience and hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. The group size is 6 children or less so me being the only teacher is more than adequate.

I strive to make my family daycare home a place where children feel safe and loved. I believe that children should have fun while learning. Children learn through hands on activities. Some of my curriculum is child initiated and some of it is teacher falicitated. I try to use an equal balance of both to ensure children are prepared for kindergarten.

We are located in a quiet country neighborhood on a 2 acre lot about 1 1/8 miles from I65. I have a large fenced play area with swings, a twin skyfort and bridge, a sandbox, and much more!
We also have chickens that the children love to stop and say hi to and give treats to when we outside.

We have daily hands on learning activities, as well as a structured preschool class 2 -3 days a week. We have holiday parties for the children. The group size is small so the children get plenty of one to one time with me.
