NaTasha is an accomplished Child Care Director with over 12 years of experience in early childhood education. Passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment, She has dedicated her career to supporting the development and well-being of children. NaTasha holds a degree in bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.

Throughout her tenure, she has successfully managed childcare programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations while promoting best practices in curriculum development and staff training. NaTasha is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow, empowering parents and caregivers through open communication and community engagement.

The Experience Curriculum is Research-backed curriculum for preschool, toddler, and baby age groups. The experience curriculum weaves 35 skills into playful games and projects that keep children engaged and excited to learn. Each month is a new theme, inviting children to explore new ideas with an interdisciplinary, multi-sensory approach.
