Philosophy

At Rosie’s Tiny Tots Daycare, the onboarding philosophy emphasizes developing caring, respectful, and responsive relationships with children from infancy through preschool. They believe that play is a crucial way of learning, providing structured and unstructured periods for children to learn at their own pace. Values such as viewing children as thinkers, purposeful play, and encouraging individual decision-making are central to their approach. This daycare respects each child’s unique growth pattern, personality, and background, integrating these factors into daily interactions and the curriculum. Additionally, Rosie’s Tiny Tots Daycare is a Christ-centered organization that emphasizes teaching Christian values and character through classroom experiences and direct instruction.
