Our Teachers

Our Management Team

Sally Rice, Director Sally graduated from The University of Indianapolis with an Elementary Education degree. She holds eight years of experience in the Early Childhood field and five years in management. Sally has been a team member at REACH Early Learning at Fletcher Place Community Center for six years. Her favorite thing about what she does is being able to support students and their families through the programs holistic approach to child care. Understanding that it takes a village to raise a family and being part of the ‘village’ to families at REACH, helps Sally and her team provide exceptional care for children in their community.

Our Early Childhood Educators

Mrs. Holly, Infant Teacher Mrs. Holly has been a member of the REACH and FPCC team for over eleven years. She has worked in our preschool program in a number of capacities for nine of those years. She holds a CDA credential and has experience with our infant and one year old students. She creates a caring environment and ensures that each individual student feels loved and secure here at REACH.

Philosophy

The mission of the REACH Early Learning is to build a safe, high quality preschool environment as diverse as the community surrounding Fletcher Place Community Center that encourages children ages 6 weeks-5 to recognize their value and REACH for their full potential.

About our program

Our program provides a wide range of hands-on learning experiences designed to enhance the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. Every day we provide developmentally age appropriate activities that allow children to freely play, learn and explore in a safe, clean and loving environment. We respect and value the differences in each child as to her or his interests, developmental needs and personality. We celebrate and value different family, cultural, racial and ethnic backgrounds.
