Our staff consists of experienced and trained early childhood educators and caregivers. All Kid City USA employees have successfully met or exceeded all state requirements including CPR, First Aid, and ongoing early childhood training requirements. Each employee has been background screened by local and state agencies. Kid City USA conducts ongoing staff training to ensure everyone is current on the latest philosophies and research in early childhood education to meet the changing needs of children.

Active/creative play is an essential way in which young children gain knowledge. Kid City USA teachers plan opportunities for free play, teacher directed play or investigative play to teach new skills and concepts. Our Kid City USA program has been created to encourage learning through play, hands-on activities, and small and large group discovery time and themes that reflect their interests.
