Our teachers and staff are highly trained and knowledgeable people who share First Class’s mission, which is to work with our kids and help them grow academically and spiritually and be prepared to move forward and be positive future leaders. First Class was started with a humble beginning, with the founder starting from her own home. The director had a passion for being a part of educating children and including spiritual learning as well to have a realistic balance in life. The director went on to seek educational experience and training to one day begin First Class Learning Ministry.

Filosofía

As a family childcare provider, I believe that early childhood education and spiritual growth are essential components of a child’s development. My philosophy centers around the idea that education and spirituality go hand in hand, and that by nurturing both, children will grow into well-rounded individuals who are equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

To me, education is about more than just teaching academic concepts like math and science. It’s about fostering a love of learning and instilling curiosity in children from a young age. I believe that children learn best through play and exploration, so I strive to create a fun and stimulating environment where they can learn and grow at their own pace.

At the same time, I believe that spiritual growth is just as important as academic learning. I see spirituality as a way to help children develop a sense of purpose and meaning in life, and to cultivate values like kindness, empathy, and respect for others. I incorporate spiritual practices like meditation, mindfulness, and gratitude into our daily routine, and encourage children to explore their own beliefs and values in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
